I bought my NutriBullet a few months ago and use it pretty often. I love making salads mixed with all kinds of vegetables. A mixture of fruits and a little 1% milk make a great smoothie. I'm so glad I bought it.

I love it and don't use as much as I should . So when I went to use a few days ago and it didnt work I fiddle with it , then it worked . Then the next time I tried it didnt work again. So I would like to see about a replacement unit. Only took the unit and one cup out of box. Please advise

The "Max" fill indication is difficult to see clearly. It is in small type and black print. Make it larger and a bold color. Better yet make it a fill line going around the container in a bold color.

I love my Nutribullet! It can do so many things and I am constantly learning about new things to make with it (grinding my own coffee with the milling blade is my latest discovery). My only qualm is that it is annoying to clean. After I use the removable lip and handles, they are very hard to remove. And the rubber circle that goes into the blade has become a strangle color from absorbing hot food I've blended. The circle also comes loose sometimes while the bullet is on, which I am always thankful that it doesn't get chopped up. But I think that is because I always catch it in time. Cleaning underneath the blades is also difficult unless you have some sort of long tooth brush to scrub with.

I am on my third exchange (getting ready to exchange again) of the NutriBullet . I exchanged the NutriBullet this pass December and now need to do so again due to the motor won't turn occasionally. I have to turn the plastic wheel (in the base) with my hand then the catch piece (on cap to cup) then put in and press before it starts up. I like the bullet as I've been doing smoothies for about 9 months.
