I bought this a quite few months back for my daughters. I usually use my regular blender. The, one day I was inspired because I prefer texture in my smoothies, not smooth. I bought one for myself and have not been disappointed. I am glad for he different blades: there is a difference in result between the two blades. I even use it to mix my cold chocolate milk or to mix my salad if I need a quick fix of greens or whatever is in my frodge. My favorite is beets, walnuts and greens ... The first green smoothie I tasted in south Carolina. Or, I just mix up any juicing recipe I read that sounds tasty. Cleaning is the topper ... I promptly rinse the blade and I am set again to go.

I bought the NutriBullet to help me take in lots of good fruits and veges and added protein, amino acids and other additives. I was training for a marathon and needed the added nutrients. I would just throw in a lil bit of many fruits n veges i had in the fridge and add protein and amino powders, along with good seeds like flax, chia, almonds and coconut oil. I also had serious stomach gerd, bloat and digestion issues and I seriously needed to make natural smoothies to help me get off the tons of medications I was taking and the NutriBullet helped. But i would warn you to get the warranty because if you use it often like i was, it burned out within 1yr and the warranty replaced it.

after repeated use I found the base to get "sticky" and difficult to begin the next time. I don't know of any spills or messes but it just takes three or four tries sometime to begin the push down and start.

I purchased several juicers prior to my NutriBullet. I could not find a happy median with any of them. However, not that I have purchased a NutriBullet, all of my needs have been met! The NutriBullet does a fantastic job, it's powerful, it's fast, it works extremely well, its convenient, it doesn't take up a lot of space, its easy to use, the clean up is amazingly fast and I have not had any problems with any fruits or vegetables that I have used. I love my NutriBullet! I actually went to the website and purchased two. My girlfriend and I split the cost and we've been using them everyday. Thanks, I feel better and I am very satisfied with my purchase.
