Eating a carrot could cause debilitating pain, many times making the difference in whether or not I could work or socialize. I received this for Christmas and I love it. I usually make enough shakes for two days. My favorite drink is baby spinach, mustards greens, avocado, banana, strawberries,and blueberries..Final ingredient is chia seeds. Once it is mixed in my Nutribullet it is delicious and energizing !
