I bought this months ago,but now that they sent me this email asking for a rating I will take the time to say;;;;
I love juicing and I can drink 4 a day, but the bullet makes my fruit and veggies into a sludge that is gagging and as it sits it get even thicker:(
I wish I had not got this and just invested in a real juicer.
Almost forgot, on tv they 2 for 1 which is still much higher than buying at a local retail store

Being a newbie to its use, I don't feel it fair to the company that I rate the product yet. However, here goes, so far: I looked twice but couldn't find how long to leave the Bullet roaring. I find the cups to be too big around, hard to hold. Why do we have to screw on and unscrew the handles from the cups - that's another time-consuming step. I'm also disappointed that they aren't stackable - your set takes up an inordinate amount of my limited storage space. Having said all that, I can't rate whether it does a good job because I don't know how to identify the difference between just-plain meshing and your "cellular-level" meshing. The chia seeds were recommended but aren't changed by the spinning, and they get between my gums and teeth - guess I'll sprout them. The only advantage I can see is that maybe I can force myself to add more greens in my diet by mushing them with fruit (but not bananas - ugh). I will continue to try your product (I had bought one for my daughter also), and maybe I'll be more positive toward your product. Please consider my suggestions.

I bought it aroud 8 mts ago and I Love it. Best smooths ever. My problem is that the rubber ring that goes around the blade and on the bottom keeps popping out. I have to adjust it every time I use it. I would like to have someone to help me fix the problem.

I thought this machine would do a better job of liquefying the fruits and vegetables.
Even when I am careful to peel most of the contents and add plenty of base liquid
to the fill line, I am left with lots of pulp floating at the top of the container.
