I bought my NUTRiBULLET some months back, I have been happy with it, but on the fourth month of occasional uses it could not start, after some frustrating moments and trying to figure out what was wrong, I found out that one of the white plastic square prongs inside where one puts the cup, gets stuck and of course until I manually accommodate the prong in its place I am able to insert the cup and turns on. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. so it frustrates me because I end up with my filled cup and ready to blend it but can't make it turn on. I like it though, if I didn't had this problem. I take good care of it and keep it well clean and only I myself use it. I am embarrass to send it back then having to pay handling charges, so I am stuck with it. I am sure this is one in a few that has this problem. thank you

I originally thought that my Nutribullet was only helpful in making morning smoothies, but I found out that it was EXCELLENT in preparing ingredients for soup as well. I will try in for more items I love to cook!
