Purchased 2 months ago and happy except for the gasket issue.
The recommendation from the manucafacturer states not to remove the gasket. But that can be hazardous too you're health! The juice does work it's way under the gasket and rots and smells. So you must remove the gasket to clean it or risk contamination. This is no easy task at all as it is rececessed and extremely difficult to remove without destroying it. But if you do not remove the gasket and clean it you will risk dangerous bacterial infection. Regardless of what the manufacture states the gasket must be removed.

I received this as a Christmas gift to replace my broken Magic Bullet. It is very sturdy and blends all the ingredients so well. I have had some issues with the blade piece loosening during blending causing some of my shake to leak out. No big deal though. I wish it would have come with more cups. I needed to buy more.

Our son and and family in Phoenix used one and impressed my husband with all it could do. Our granddaughter who lives with us in Michigan and has been been saying she wanted one. Grandpa thought it would make a nice present for grandma. Our granddaughter makes a smoothie every day and takes it with her for breaks between collage classes. She loves it !! After a number of good uses the n-bullet would not start, so I called customer service, it was sugged that I pour soap water in the small areas where the cup fits to turn it on, let it soak awhile, it worked, but having to do this often, will the soapy water damage the inside of the electricity compartment , where does the residues go, does it build up on the inside eventually disabling the Nutri-Bullit.
Or is there another way of handling this situation?

I bought my NutriBullet 600 a little over a month ago and already it's been paying dividends to my health. Having type 2 diabetes I have to test my blood sugar regularly. Since doing the NutriBullet smoothies (2 to 3 a day)almost immediately my blood sugar numbers have lowered to the normal range. Thankfully, I have also lost some weight. I now get my veggies and fruit in tasty smoothies while maintaining my blood sugar levels and losing weight. And I feel great. I look forward to my smoothies and am so thankful for this product.
