At first, I was very pleased with my nutri bullet...worked as it was supposed to, even though mine overheated a couple times. But after less than a year of owning, the blade began to leak and now does not work well. I have since purchased a nutri ninja that I am very please with. Much more power also.

Our first NutriBullet's motor burned out in just a couple of months. It may have been because I wasn't leaving enough 'air' space in the cup. Obey the "Max" fill level; don't push it beyond. We received a replacement, which was hassle-free. My 2nd NB is having some issues as well. It doesn't seem to 'grab' real well when I push down and twist. I have to try a few times. Then, sometimes it will leak when processing or when I disengage it, it seems to loosen the cap and then I have a real mess. Liquid gets all inside the unit but I rinse it and tip it upside down to dry thoroughly before using again. If I try to secure the cap even tighter, then I have a hard time getting it back off, as it is a wide grip and hard on my hand. I imagine it will stop working altogether soon, as it's gotten pretty wet inside several times.

It took 3 days to get someone on the phone to help me cancel the order of super food that came with the product. It was a shoddy attempt to send out monthly product that was not desired. The nutribullet is too good to have to use this type of underhanded sales strategy. The call center employees were nearly impossible to get on the line, and when I finally did, they were argumentative and demeaning. Shame on you.

I have been having many health problems. notedly inflammation pain in my joints. I noticed almost immediately after using the Nutribullet that the pain was relieved. After several days it is completely gone. I have more energy, a better outlook, and its hard to describe but I feel, sparkly and cleaner inside!!! I am experimenting with different items for different meals all the while keeping in mind the recipes recommended for certain problems. I will never stop using it!!!

I bought my first Nurti Bullet 2 years ago. I bought it online direct on this website. It worked very well but the motor burned out after 2 years. I then purchased one from Bed Bath & Beyond about 8 months ago. It has not worked correctly since I got it. I noticed right away that the design of the blade/lid (the part you screw into the base) was different. I remember thinking to myself, "Hmmmmm...maybe this is an improvement!" Boy, was I ever WRONG. You have to turn it more to get a tight fit it seems, and no matter how tight you screw it on, once you place it in the machine and click it into place, somehow, it comes loose and all the liquid leaks out through the bottom (or begins to spray all over your kitchen). And most of the time, I can NOT get the base off!!! Very poor design - - they need to go back to the original design on this one. Now, I am out $90.00 and will have to search for some other product. MOST RECENT DESIGN IS DEFECTIVE. Nutri Bullet - - you need to go back to the design you had 2 years ago.

I received a NutriBullet as gift. Gasket broke 9 months later. Because it was a gift I did not have a receipt and could not have it replaced. Instead of buying replacement I decided on the Ninja Professional Blender (NJ600). Works fine so far.
