When we bought this it was great. Used a few times and now you have to hold the lid down and move it to get it to work. I have to hold it the entire time. I still use it because I don't want to buy another because I have already bought four.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I received my NutriBullet as a Christmas gift. This turns out to be one of the best Presents I could have received. I have now had it for a month and use it daily. I start my day with NutriBullet and change the ingredients I put in it every day. I enjoy shopping for different items to use in it. The most important thing however, is the change in my blood pressure. my BP before NutrBullet was running boarderline high. Now my BP is within normal to low normal all the time! I will soon go to my doctor to inquire about a possible medication reduction as this change in my blood pressure has occured even without seriously working out. Just wait until I do begin to really workout!

I have been using my nutribullet since the summer of 2014, and so has my daughter, and both of us are experiencing difficulty with getting the container to press down and lock onto the base. I got one for my Mom but I know she wouldn't be able to force the container onto the base. Next time I'll invest in a higher quality product.
