I bought this about a month ago and definitely like it better than a hand blender for making smoothies. I wish it handled frozen banana slices better but other than that it seems to work well. I wish that it came with two of the extractor blades.

Received this as a Christmas gift. (husbands don't keep receipts) Enjoyed the product. 5 mths later the gray gasket begins to fall out of the blade piece. Stopped using the bullet to avoid ruining the motor with leaks, ordered new blade/gasket and waiting for parts to arrive.....not thrilled about that...apparently this is an issue they are aware of.

Great at first, automatic failing

Purchased 8 months ago. Use daily to improve heart disease. Makes wonderful & healthy drinks. Have replaced the blades. Now having more frequent intermittent problems with automatic feature. Doesn't run long enough to grind completely. Wish it had a manual override.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Too large frozen pieces, like mango, don't always get liquidized. But other than that, it does an excellent job in creating thick, nutritious shakes. And it is easy to use.

Bought this to make small smoothies. Does ok but used daily the plastic tabs on cups don't last long. Also the cup turns out and causes machine to stop running. This is our third bullet and others did not last long.
