The third or fourth time I used it the inner seal dislodged and got eaten up by the blade. I call customer service and they sent me a new one for no charge...only once. She said I should use crushed ice not big ice for smoothies....I have a 17 dollar smoothie maker that handles everything I used in the bullet...Not impressed

I bought mine about a month ago and love it - i have not ventured into the veggie smoothies yet but it works great with my fruit smoothies - i just put a frozen banana (already cut in half) with some almond milk, peanut butter, protein powder, and maybe some chocolate or avocado and it always comes out perfect. There is no easier blender to use and it is single serve which is also great. And no big chunks left over - blades work great. Would definately recommend to everyone.
