Sad my product does not start up unless I soak it with a soapy sponge and wait 15 minutes, this is what the help expert told me to do.

This is my second Nutribullet since the first buy was giving out some kind of weird smoke when I would blend this occurred a couple months after purchase. The second one was good until recently it started to give out some kind of smell while blending and it makes my shakes taste and smell as well. Waste of a shake. It was been over a year that I have had it so any kind of exchange is out of the question. I would consider another blender before this one. Too many problems.

However, if I hadn't gotten the product very shortly after speaking to your customer service team I would not have even bothered to try it! Maybe it's growing pains but you need to fix that fast.
