Tried this with several foods. Unless you have enough liquid in the cup, the ingredients in the cup don't mix. Just doesn't pull the food down to the blade. Lots of start and stop to tap and shake the food down to blade. Annoying!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i have had my nutribullet now for about 4 months and i love it i makes my smoothies and out the door i go but i have one problem with it the nutribullet do not ground up seeds that are in strawberries, or grapes peelings but other then that this is a great machine to get your fruits and vegetables daily
