I purchased this product a year ago and honestly for the first couple of months it was great. But the blades are very poor quality and will get dull fast. Also, the rubber lining around the lid leaks and this started before the product was 4 months old. I did purchase the warranty but it is NOT a smooth process to get things replaced. Also, cleaning the cups are easy because they can go on the top shelf of the dish washer, but the blades are a hassle. For the price, you can get a better quality product in your local health store or department store. I wanted to believe in this product but the quality is just not good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had just purchased the nutribullte and it broke while I was juicing...I pnly had it for a month. I loved the way it work but for that price i was expecting for it to last longer.

My mom and I took advantage of the buy one get one free offer. I have severe Crohns and can't consume fresh fruit/veg or skins or seeds. They stated the bullet could pulverize skins and seeds into digestible, absorbable form. It did NOT work in my case, but my mom loves it. Caution to anyone with severe digestive problems- be really sure since in order to return it, you have to return both and I didn't want to do that to my mom. I think it's a great product for those without problems.
