When I received the NutriBulet from my husband for Christmas, I was surprised as I had only asked for a standard blender to use mainly for smoothies. I am so happy my husband did his research for the best smoothie blender as I am immensely enjoying my NutriBulet. I can't believe how easy it is to use - that I don't have to worry about settings and that it takes merely seconds to blend fruits and vegetables. It is also very easy to clean,

All It Takes Is ONE MISTAKE

I bought the NutriBullet and was satisfied on performance, for at least the first few times I used it. One day I tried making a smoothie and even though I secured the lid as hard as I can, when I started the NutriBullet, the lid came loose, smoothie went everywhere and now the NutriBullet no longer works. Now I have to buy a whole new blender...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works great but lid gets stuck

We have been using this for sometime and it works great in blending pretty much everything, The only issue is, after the blending, it is very hard to open the lid because it gets stuck due to vacumm created inside the cup. It takes two people - one hold the cup and one turn the lid. Nutribullet need to some thing about this,

doesnt work after a few months

this product wasn't great at first but it was good enough t blend thin smoothies but nothing like thick smoothie bowls which was very disappointing. But after a few months the tongs on the side where you push it down kept getting stuck and my tongs dont go down now unless i hit it really hard with a hammer. Honestly a waste of money.

Gasket doesn't hold well and if you tight hard to avoid leaks then us almost impossible to open the container. Blades holder bigger than a hand. That is the design problem.

I bought this bc I used one before and was impressed with the speed. However, it did not come with all the pieces my friend's had. When it juices, you have to wait for a full stop otherwise it's scary. Also, you have to WD40 the white buttons that make the unit spin. Almost thought it was broken until my friend told me it happens with the Nutribullet.
