I've been on a weight loss journey and make shakes every day. The NutriBullet makes the shake making process a bit easier. My only caution is the fill line. As my shakes grow a bit when mixed, I have to watch the volume. Also, can't mix too long or they seem to get a bit warm from the motor. This was a great gift.
