It gave up the ghost after 7 months. It started making a loud whining noise and the plastic gear shattered. My research indicates that it's a problem with the bearings (Google it!). I'd bought a reconditioned/returned unit so no warranty cover. Will NOT be buying another.

This is my second NutriBullet. I use it often making fruit/veggie smoothies. It grinds very well, and makes a very smooth drink. It grinds seeds up pretty well. Make sure you follow the instructions when filling container. I like that you drink out of the container. I only wish that it came with a lid w/ snap off cap for transport.

Love this product. Would have given 5 stars if the bottom part that spins was not made of rubber. It will end up having the same issue as the original bullet, it will disintegrate and you will have to buy a new one again. This NutriBullet replaced our Bullet that did exactly that. But, I do Love this product as it allows you to blend small protein shakes with a variety of ingredients and to a consistency you want. Use it 3-4 times a day....
