I got this as a gift just this past Christmas & was excited to use it. It did very well with pulverizing everything I put into it & making healthy smoothies. I made at least one drink everyday. However, just 4 short mos. later I noticed that the blade was dulling & warping a bit. It was literally bending upwards. A couple months after that, I noticed that the motor started to smell as if it was burning. I use fresh produce in my drinks, but occasionally will use a little frozen fruit during the winter for some smoothies. I enjoyed using my Bullet for the 1st several months, but am disappointed that the blade & motor seem to not be able to last very long without bending or warping. I am worried the motor will burn out soon.

While I am generally happy with this product. The cup is made of cheap plastic that clouds after a few uses. Since this was not exactly inexpensive, you would think the manufacturer could have used glass cups for a few cents more that would maker a quality product.

We've used the NB 2 weeks and my husband's blood sugar has gone from over 200 to 100 last night. It hasn't helped his brother's blood sugar, however, but has given him lots of energy. Personally, I have a greater sense of well being. Note: If you screw the top on too tight, it is hard to get off. .
