I use Nutribullet almost daily for smoothies, but this is the second one that broke. Getting a replacement through the warranty is extremely annoying. it seems almost intentionally difficult.

I bought this to make smoothies from a subscription service I bought where I receive all of the ingredients frozen and add liquid and blend. The NutriBullet cannot handle the job. I use my regular blender. Very disappointed.

I don't like this one. If you can exchange it with another one., I would appreciate it. It is so hard to use. I am following all the instructions like it should not above the max and should be balance on the neck etc but it is still leaking. Please exchange this cause it is a pain to use it. My husband rely so much with the nutribulet and can't live without it. I still have the warranty paper.

Purchased this unit to replace a Cuisinart smoothie blender that finally failed after about 10 years of regular use. After using the NutriBullet 600 for a few weeks, I can note the

Pros: You can "lock" the unit in the on position with one hand, to let the contents fully blend.
Cons: It does take several minutes to completely pulverize a frozen banana, ice cubes and milk into a perfectly smooth consistency. I've also noticed on several occasions that the blender base will unscrew itself slightly while the unit is on, leaving a mess of smoothie in the power base unit. Finally, the cup is almost too large to comfortably drink from--certainly not a convenient drink cup. The latter just a personal observation.

I've had it for years, i had problems with the rubber rim of the grinder, but i kept using the other blade, until a nail that came in my coffee grains took care of the other one. So order a new nutribullet, am so happy with it and i hope it will last another 10 years.
