I am so glad I made this decision to purchase this item. I have only had it for one month or two and am please at how quickly it gets the job done when it comes to making my shakes. Although I have yet explored other usage I'm still please with this product a mm do its capabilities.

I purchase 2 units. The soup maker and the 600 came as free. However, I was charged S&H but the invoice and actual amount differed. It's been months since I wrote customer service with no reply. Units are great but customer service stinks. In my opinion of course.
