My dad has a magic bullet and I thought about it but he could not grind nuts or seeds. So I continued the way I was going because I was able to mix my protein powders, unsweetened cranberry juice and liquid vitamins with no problem in a shaker or a jar. But I still could add nuts and seeds without a grinder. what Of course I probably could have saved a couple of bucks using a coffee grinder, but when I found out that NutriBullet did everything, then for the few extra dollars I received so much more. And with a powerful motor.

I had two regular Bullets, so I am familiar with the concept and their use. But, let me tell you, that's like comparing kittens to lions. This little NutriBullet is GREAT!! I drink a smoothie every morning, and I LOVE it that I can just throw things in I would NEVER put together and come out with a delicious, filling, NUTRITIOUS, satisfying meal! Like what, you say? Well, how about every morning the first thing that goes in is greens? Anything from kale to broccoli, loose cabbage leaves, you name it. Then, of course, chia and flax seeds that the machine actually does chop up! Then 1/2 frozen blueberries, a hand full of almonds or walnuts, a bit of unsweetened coconut, and maybe half an apple or avocado. Whip it up and voila! A-mazing! And I was not a smoothie lover!!!!! My 3 daughters, all of whom I bought a NutriBullet, kept kept trying to tell me to get one and do smoothies. Even my Paris Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef daughter! But, I wouldn't. I finally decided to try smoothies with my regular Bullet, but it just wasn't working well. I finally broke down and got the NutriBullet. What the heck had I been waiting for?! It was a dream to use and clean up and the performance was OUTSTANDING!!!!!! In fact, I'm leaving in the morning to fly out to Philadelphia for a 5-day meeting and I just came back from buying kale and blueberries to take with me because I am taking my Nutri-Bullet with me! I am NOT going off for 5 days without it! Even in a classy hotel! That's how good it is! Buy it!! Does this sound hyperbolic? It is. But it's true! Believe me! I'm a lawyer! :-)

Any smoothie calling for kale is easier and healthier by substituting Sweet Kale/Chou Frise Doux salad mix. Packaged by Apio of Guadalupe, CA, and sold at Costco. Has 7 different greens and berries. I surely like the taste!

Bought it on the recommendation of others.It turned out to be a sturdy machine but a small leak caused the motor to quit. There's a drain hole on the top of the motor that allowed mixture into the motor. We needed the Bullet and I repaired it and thereby cancelling my warranty.
