We had our first bullet over a month and the motor burnt out????? All my husband and I do is blend fruits. Why did this happen. Being it was over a month my only choice was to exchange it for a new one at Brand's Mart. Now I am afraid it will happen again. When we close it to blend it leaks. This was an expensive blender and it took years for me to buy one. I am disappointed.

I bought 3 total, gave one away as a gift and kept two. One broke under a month, the second broke after about 3 months. Very very cheap, does not work like you think it will. This product is HORRIBLE, I have not even bothered to send the units back I am that disappointed with this entire system. Stick with a high end blender you will be glad you saved your money.

We couldn't be happier with this product! I've used it at least daily for over a month now. The best thing about it is how easy it is to clean - I never made smoothies before because of the time and hassle to clean the blender, but now I make one every morning then rinse it clean right away. The recipe book that came with it is a little lacking, mostly because there is no index so I can't quickly find what I'm looking for (e.g., I had to go through most of the book to see that there is no recipe for applesauce), but there are a TON of recipes for everything online. The cups and blades are easily replaceable for little expense via Amazon (maybe $20 for the blade base and 2 cups?). The cups have proven durable straight from the freezer onto the base. LOVE this!
