I've had a NutriBullet for the past 10 years and I couldn't live without one. Use everyday, on my second one, burnt-out the motor on 1st one just recently. I absolutely love it. :)

I like the stronger motor but the size of the cups are too big. I also prefer the base blades of the smaller Magic Bullet, but I keep burning them out.

I bought my NutriBullet about eight months ago. I called customer service toll free number with a concern. I thought the motor burned out. The customer service representative 'Brian" asked specific questions and listened to my answers. It turned out that the motor is fine. The problem was the blades bearings went out. Brian is sending me new blades which means we'll be blending again in no time. I was very pleased with the customer service I received today Aug 26th, 2015.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
