Very happy with the product, why it failed I don't know. I am mechanically inclined and understand why it's dead but still baffles me why it died. I am a firm believer in giving credit where it is due as I have worked in several industries and know all about clomplaints and complainers. It was a pleasure dealing with customer support and your rep I really appreciate the whole experience not to mention I don't do these surveys (I was very moved so I have taken the time to write) thank you so much and thank your customer service rep that helped me I hope she moves forward in your organization.
