I bought my Bullet the second week of August and have used it everyday since. I have extreme digestive problems and using the Bullet to make smoothies with kale, spinach, chia and flax seed and frozen fruit has been a life enhancing experience. I am a life-long fan.

There is no easy way to remove the gasket for cleaning, and yet juice can seep underneath it, and and a nice crop of black mold can develop. Yuk. (Yuk, yuk, yuk, yuk, yuk.)

I bought this unit in December 2014 and the plastic mixing cup broke in September. The customer service agent was very helpful in sending me a replacement cup. We love this thing!
