I purchased this in March when my husband was diagnosed with cancer. Up until two weeks ago it worked great. Now the motor slows down after about 10 seconds. I'm going to call customer service to see what can be done about this problem.

Had bought a shake blender or a mix and almonds were only in 1/2's. Aunt bought a Magic NutriBullet it worked. It worked great until it seemed it had dried up liquid on the parts. On a saturday call for help and Ralph helped with the information need. Could not find the book on the Magic NutriBullet.
