We lost one of the small white rubber plugs that cover the screws in the motor housing. Could not use the Nutribullet for fear that liquid might seep into motor.
Called customer service and "no problem"…we will send you three new ones at no charge and free shipping!
Person could not have been nicer.

I bought my Nutribullet about a month ago after researching several products. So far, it has exceeded my expectations. I use my Nutribullet mostly with ice, frozen fruit and protein powder. It's pretty light use (2 shakes per day). Performs really well and easy to keep clean (just rinse blade and cup and it's ready to go again. Takes up little space and the smaller cup with lid is perfect to make a dip and store in the fridge - ready to go when I snack on veggies ;).

Previously I have bought "smoothie" machines with a spout and both times the spout broke and the inside of the spout would get nasty residue from the fruit. So I decided I didn't want the same type of smoothie maker this time. I checked out the Magic Bullet and I am so happy with my purchase. I love that the container I make my drink in becomes my cup! So easy and no spouts to break and no nasty residue!
