My new 1 is fantastic. I use it everyday.

Received this as a gift one year ago. Only had to replace the cup edges which allow the unit to work, and cost 3.25 shipping the new cup. Took only two days to get to my home. I'm okay with that.

I received the item for Christmas last year it just started stop working and I didn't realize that the nodules of the three slots were sticky so I'm just glad that I was able to repair it myself or unstick it myself and I'm able to use it every day and I'm excited that I didn't have to mail it back thanks Neutra bullet

I love my Nutribullet! I have now bought two, and bought two as gifts. I love the smaller size, and the power. I especially appreciate the customer service when my unit broke--I still am not sure why, less than a year old--though that doesn't make me happy (I was hoping to have my Nutribullet for years), I very much appreciated the phone call the Day After my email, and the quick resolution. Your people don't just listen-they act- I will be getting my new base soon, and can't wait to use it again for smoothies, as usual. I also got some tips about how to make my unit last longer.
