We use this product on a daily basis and love the results we get. When our base burnt out, we purchased the nutra ninja immediately to use until our warranty would replace our nutra bullet. We were not as pleased with the nutra ninja and could not wait to receive our bullet! Fortunately our warranty was valid and we received our replacement.

I bought this almost 3 yrs. ago, and needed assistance in working the unit. Had some problems, but your customer service person was very helpful and got it working again. He made my day!!!!!

I bought my NutriBullet three years ago and my enthusiasm has not waned. Only caveat: leakage problem that started in the third year.
