Had problem with motor unit after approx 2-3 yrs. Received helpful advice given in a very patient and understanding manner; couldn't have asked for better customer service.

I buy frozen fruit in the large bags. I fill up a small and large cup and leave in the fridge before bed. The fruit has thawed just enough in the morning that i add some OJ, flax and yogurt. Large for breakfast and the small to take to work. I suggest buying the extra cups/base for $20.

I've had my NutriBullet for a while now and didn't know that I needed to replace my extractor blades periodically. The blades became loud and I could see rust coming from inside. I called customer service and they are sending me a new blade complementary! They also explained how to care for my NutriBullet and that I need to replace the extractor blades about every 6-12 mos. at a cost of about $12.99. This depends I how often you use it. I use mine most every morning for a healthy shake and some evenings for a frozen cocktail! I was very impressed with the care they took with me and replacing my first blade for free!
I would recommend this to a friend!
