I'm very glad that i got intouch with you folks (2015/10/26) for not much ( rubber ring thorn) for my nuttribullet cross blade extractor but even so i have receved a lot of attention and service..I already (few days) got by the mail the blade and for that enjoy again juicy smoothes.. thank's again Cindy... I call in to report a part broken on my Bullet , I had no problems getting the part replaced. The customer service was very good. The representative was very knowledgable about the product.

I am not happy with my Nutribullet. The seal gasket dislodged immediately causing repeated leakage. I could not reach a live person to discuss/had to wait for a call back. When I received the replacement part it leaks. Very very unhappy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought the Nutribullet Pro a few weeks ago. It is easy to use, makes an incredible drink that's full of nutrition and cleans up easily. I'm so happy with it. I had a few questions about the unit and called Cust Serv. They were gracious and helpful. I'm a happy customer.

I bough t mine middummer when my Vitamix died... yhis one does the job andctakes up way lwss space.... and is more portable when we go on vacation.
