I bought the nutribullet about a year ago. The seal in the blade recently broke so I called customer service. Dolores the rep that helped me was great, she handled the call quick and with great amount of professionalism.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I apparently burned out the motor from putting too much product in the blender. I misunderstood the fill line on the jar, I thought it meant fill with water to that level and now I know that I was suppose to not fill anything pass that line.
The blender was gift and I did not have the receipt and never registered the blender, I know what we have had the blender for approximately a year but I am sure that it was my fault. I like the blender so much that I paid to get a new motor assembly sent out. I will make sure that I don't overload it again. Anxiously waiting for the blender to come as we use it every day and hope this next week goes by fast.
Thanks Celeste for helping learn more about my blender.
