Problem fix

I've been using my bullet since last Christmas with excellent results and satisfaction. The last couple of weeks I had problems with the contacts to start the motor. I almost gave up till I noticed a 800 # for support. To my amazement the service person was able to figure what the problem was and after a few minutes it was solve. Well I am able to continue enjoying my drinks and with her recommendation I'm sure for many more years. Thank you

My nutribullet broke. All I had to do was call their customer service and since I had purchased the warranty they are sending me a new one and a new blade. Every time I have had to call customer service I have had an excellent experience. I would 100% recommend them to a friend.
