Great Assistance!

Have a Nutribullet that stopped working and contrary to some posts that I have read, I was able to speak with someone from Customer Service, (Cindy). Cindy was extremely kind and patient and after listening to my explanation of what the issue was, talked me through the necessary steps to fix the problem. My Nutribullet is now working again!!

Smoking nutri bullet

I received the regular nutri bullet for Christmas in 2014 used it everyday since then and it blew out suddenly . Called them and the gentlemen I spoke to was super helpful patient and professional and had a great sense of knowledge about what I was talking about .

MALFUNCTION on my older NutriBullet

Purchased some years ago - every time I have a problem I am - ALWAYS delighted to find that this company will either fix /and or replace the broken/or malfunctioning
part of the machine . This time I was taught a new trick to UNSTICK the parts that
make the blades spin - Voila , I was able to FIX the machine - thanks to the very
lovely customer service rep who walked me through the steps .
Nutri bullet has my vote as the BEST consumer support policy , and knowledgeable
personnel who can cool frustration , and facilitate solutions

Worth the wait!

I needed a new extraction blade for my NutriBullet but due to the Magic Bullet being stamped on the base of the unit, I ordered a Magic Bullet extraction blade not the NutriBullet extraction blade. Due to the confusion and lengthy volume of calls to customer service, NutriBullet is handling the exchange promptly and answered some technical questions as well.

We use the Nutribullet at least twice a day. When the blade needed replacement, we called customer service and they were very responsive. We are glad we purchased the service plan which covers this item.

NutriBullet Magic Very good product, but

Have used the product for 2 years. Always hand cleaned it, never put the blade unit in dishwasher. The "but" above refers to the need to improve the design and seal the bearings in blade unit (Nutribullet 600). Unit had bearing failure after 2 yrs. Web site says the blade units need to be replaced every 6mos. This seems to be an afterthought based on failures. No information to that affect is in the manual or on the box. $10 replacement and free shipping is reasonable mitigation and now they also offer a 4 yr warranty for $15. That's nice, but I would recommend NutriBullet to go after a design solution.
