Impressed with the young man helping me!

I have had a Magic Bullet for 10 years, and decided to get the NutriBullet. I gave away my Magic Bullet, and for about 10 months I was sorry I did because the NB was not satisfactory at all!!
I finally called the center for customer service, and the young man looking after me was VERY cordial and patient with me, not to mention, exceptionally accommodating. I highly recommend that you commend him for making me a satisfied customer once again! I wrote down him name somewhere, however, I can't find it, but I will continue to look, in the event that you would like to know who he is, and need his name.
I badly needed this for my health. I am anxiously looking forward to getting the blade to make smoothies from greens and carrots. I hope that this time it will make the vegetables smooth enough. Also, it made such a horrific noise, I couldn't handle it.
I was wondering when the blade would arrive?

I know now that the blade shouldn't have made the sound of a Massey Harris Tractor!
I am going to just give it a bad rating till I get my next blade in the mail. It should be here soon.
Could you please re-send this questionnaire after my blade arrives? The blade didn't work from the beginning, so I have no idea if this one will.

I bought this product more than 1 year ago. I place a call because the realized that the speed was on the high side. When I called l explained the issue and quickly they were able to assess the issue in a timely manner. The individual was professional and knowledgeable.

I love my bullet,I started to have issues with it (totally mishandling on my part) but customer service was able to walk me through the steps on fixing my bullet.
