Poor design with rubber seal

The rubber seals located inside of the two blade assemblies stretched, came off of the base and wound themselves around the blades, rendering the blade assembly useless. According to Customer Services, the blade assembly must be replaced completely when the rubber seal unseats itself. The Customer Service representative was very helpful and offered to replace both blade assemblies at no cost, which is greatly appreciated. However, my concern is that this issue will occur once again and the cost for any future replacements will be borne by us.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good experience

My motor had stopped working and I called thinking I would have to buy a replacement. As it turns out, we fixed the issue by doing a simple cleaning step, and then I signed up for the 4 year warranty and got a replacement cup for one that had broken. All for the same price it would have been to get a new blade and a cup without the 4 year warranty. So, I was happy about that. Also, the representative I spoke to was very helpful and patient.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Base part was not working

I have had my NutriBullet since 3/26/2014 and I love it!!! A few weeks ago, I was having trouble pushing the container down into the base. I thought for sure that it was not going to work any more. But John (an amazing customer service rep) said that maybe he could help me fix it over the phone. And he did!!!! Turns out that my base needed to be cleaned. The white rubber bushes were stuck and John helped me to get them un-stuck!!!!! I hope all of your customer service reps are as helpful as John was to me!!!! He listened to my problem, thought of a solution and followed through to make sure my NutriBullet was working properly!! I am so happy that we purchased this!!! Especially, since I know that I also have an amazing customer service department who will help me if I have a problem with my NutriBullet!!!

After only third use I could not get my nutribullet cup to set into the base. A friendly, helpful customer service employee helped me discover that I had left the lip protector ring on the cup during the last use and it had lodged into the base. Easy removal, and voila! All better. I felt foolish for not noticing, but your customer service rep was kind and supportive. We had a good laugh over it. Thank You!

Great Customer Service/Great Product

Excellent customer service, even though my warranty has expired. I was experiencing a blade holder issue and was not sure what to do. A replacement part was ordered, and I was reminded how to keep my Nutribullet in great working condition.
