I bought this product December 26th 2014, and only used it for six months and now the motor has stopped working. I send in the registration details but unfortunately I did not send in a copy of the receipt so I had to pay for another base unit. I was offered $20.00 plus shipping and posting on my order.

Good product great customer service

Purchased as a gift last Christmas. All my girls use it but aren't as disciplined on their cleaning as their diet. The machine stopped working. I called customer service and a very sweet young lady spent a long time with me ensuring we could get the machine working again. It now works like new. Customer for life. Thank you folks and Merry Christmas

The seal for the Extractor blade assembly kept falling and finally got ground up. Called the company and they are backing their product and sending a new unit.

I like the features, but .......

I do like the Nutribullet 600 features, but really would love to be able to make soup, so I will have to get another, the Nutribullet Rx Also wish that the pushing down and twisting was a bit smoother, but I do realize it needs to lock for safety. Even so I do love having it, and it is moving me in the direction of a healthier diet.

Exceptional Service

I bought my NutriBullet last year and have been using it non stop. The rubber in the blade part kept popping off and tangled with the blade. I sent a message on Facebook and got a response to call customer service for a replacement. I called and in less tha 10 min Ricardo helped me and advised that I would get a new replacement free of charge within 7-10 days. I received such great customer service I would def be buying more products from you.

I have had my NutriBullet for a number of years and had two problems over that time that were immediately rectified by customer service. I use my NutriBullet every single day and I couldn't be happier with the product and the company.

Jose took the time and really walked me through the diagnostic of my unit, sadly :( . It was dead!!! LOL. but Jose was quick to assure me I can get another base and blade , plus a 4yr warranty for a good reasonable price.

I loved my nutribullet

I bought it a little over a year ago but the motor broke. I thought it had a 5year warranty but it only had 1 year, so they are charging me 29. To replace the motor and blade
