I bought this product several months ago. About a week after the time expired when I could've returned it to the retailer, it stopped working. I was happy to learn the manufacturer guarantees it for a YEAR. They helped me over the phone to get the unit working again, and they would've replaced it otherwise. It's unusual and refreshing to find a company that backs up its products so well.

Had an issue with the unit, called customer service and had a replacement base within 4 days. The rep took me through several easy steps to identify the issue. Her product knowledge and people skills are outstanding! I just ordered another unit as a gift for a friend because I like the product for the price and more importantly, if there is an issue with this unit at some point, I have total confidence there will be immediate resolution from the customer service team. *NOTE! I cannot remember the rep's name but I kindly request that you reference the call and share with the rep's manager and the rep herself.
