Serious Frustration

As far as a Christmas gift goes--absolutely up with the very best! A few weeks ago a problem arose. Every time I put the Bullet on the base, one of the small white thingamagigs--you know the white plastic things that the cup fits in to operate the blades--refused to go down when pressed without considerable wrestling. I called Customer Service---Happy Day! He directed me in fixing the problem and left me with instructions to prevent it from re-occuring. Big thank you to Mr. Customer Service.

Bought the Nutribullet 900 a couple of months ago. Use it almost every morning to make myself and the kids a smoothie for breakfast. Quick results and easy clean up. Love the taste and like all the fiber.

I was given a NutriBullet as a Christmas gift and had the unfortunate experience of the gaskets coming loose from the blades. I called Customer Service and they assisted me in ordering new blade/gasket combos at a reasonable price. The gentleman I dealt with was very helpful, respectful and knowledgeable about the product and although English was obviously not his first language, he spoke clearly enough that I could understand him easily.
I would recommend this to a friend!
