Excellent Support and Service

Replaced the motor base once in one year with no problems after we paid for the 4 year warranty, But the use that its getting, every day, its worth it. The blender does the job and will be getting the newest model the next time its fails to operate, witch shouldn't be any time soon. Great Machine and support.

Just The Help I Needed!!!

I went to use mu NutriBullet and it would not do anything at all. I called the toll free number and selected the option for them to call me back when they had reached my place in line. When I received a call-back, the agent on the other end of the line was very knowledgable and within minutes, my unit was up and running and I was a happy camper to say the least. Thank you NutriBullet!

I purchased this in 2013 and have used it almost every day. I would recommend this unit to every one. I have used it so much the ballberings are falling out. The young lady that helped me was great you are lucky to have her.

Horrible, horrible, horrible!

I didn't know there was a warranty on this product, that is my fault. But I have bought two of these. First one, the blade I used all the time stopped working, so I got the second one. The second one, the blade won't stay on and the smoothie leaks out all over the place. Now, when I run it, the smell of rotten fruit takes over the kitchen. I will be trying a different brand...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
