I have had this about 4 years. Great product! We use ours everyday sometimes 3 or more times a day. Make sure to buy the warranty. You will need it because the machine does tend to wear down but with the warranty the company has always taken care of the issues.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Stuck Switch Loosened

I received a Nutribullet 600 for a gift this past Christmas. I've only used it twice, but one of the 3 switches for the Nutribullet got stuck. I was not able to get the switch unstuck by myself. I called Nutribullet customer service, and received help from someone named Louis. Louis walked me through the steps to use a hot water and dishwashing detergent solution in order to get the switch unstuck. I suggested to Louis that Nutribullet put this information on their website. Louis said that the information was in the user manual, which came with the NutriBullet user manual. I checked the user manual for the information after Louis assisted me, but I was not able to find it. I wrote the information down for myself so then I would remember what to do if this problem occurs again in the future.

seal trouble

I bought the nutrients bullet a while ago and enjoy the results.
Unfortunately the gasket kept coming out when the 4 blade was removed.
Called customer service and was pleased the problem was resolved so quickly.

Received this as a gift. Love it. Love to make shakes. Made hummus from scratch. Looking forward to making other healthy meals. Very easy to use & clean. I had an issue when I ordered a set of 2 solid covers and only received 1. Called customer service and resolved the issue in 1 phone call.
