I bought my bullet a little over a year ago and I started having problems with it, my service rep Dolores took the time to walk me through steps of how to get it working and let me know that one of my baldes needed replcrd . made ordering the blade and a new warranty super easy !!!!!!

bought this in 2014 after have a jack lalane juicer-----what a major difference--you get everything-for health---i use all greens and blueberries---sometimes a banana---organic procucts are a must---due to the pecticides----we have 2 every day-----thank you nutri bullet----customer serv ice is definitely outsstanding---

I've had mine for about 2 years and have made some wonderful smoothies.

I bought 2 dif bullets in 2 yrs because they break to easy. I love them still. Would recommend to friends with just a warning that they can break, leak, burn out within a year!
