Great customer service

I called regarding the rubber gasket in my blade unit. I was told by Lewis, those were not designed to come out of the blade unit. He also stated it is recommended those units be changed every 6 months. I told him I was unaware of this. Lewis then told me as a one time courtesy he was going to replace the blade unit for me. I was extremely impressed as I was willing to pay for one. Lewis was very nice and very helpful. Thank you.

Wonderful Customer Service/Great Produc

I bought my product 2 years ago. I have been very happy with my purchase. Just recently my product stop working. I contacted NutriBullet Customer Service and spoke with Representative Mary 218. She patiently worked with me to troubleshoot my unit. Turns out that she was able to get it going again. She also advised that I get a replacement blade which she happily ordered for me. She should be acknowledged for going above and beyond! NutriBullet is a great product supported by excellent customer service!

I use the nutribullet to make three smoothies every morning. I mill flax seeds and oatmeal flour at least twice a week. I love it and am grateful for the extended warranty and helpful customer service.
