I needed a new blade for my Nutri-Bullet 600. I ordered the wrong one. I called Customer Service and the guy who helped me was the best!! The best customer service I have ever received! He helped me with the return of the wrong one as well as helped me order the correct one! Thank you!

My 600 machine stopped working. Te CS rep guided me on how to clean the equipment and provided tips to keep it running for long time. He also offered me to send a blade for free - that was the best part.
