I know I will use this more for smoothies once Ontario fruit and veggies come into season but so far have made my own pumpkin powder that I put in yogurt and baking for extra nutrients. I use it to blend legumes for soup. Very quick. Clean up super easy!

Not a good product - had the unit for 4 months and quit working completely. I lost my receipt and the manufacturer would not replace it even though we had the unit with the serial number and the original box it came in
