bought it for my wife and she likes it. DOWNSIDE: nobody tells you to buy new blades every 6 months, nobody tells you that after 2-3 months of use you will see mold under and on the sealing ring

The rubber gasket broke and I needed to have it replaced. The customer service was outstanding and replaced the gasket.

Just got my Nutribullet a month ago and now I am making smoothies every morning with fruits and veggies.
Positive: love these smoothies, their consistency and how easy it is to make them. A big plus on my Nutribullet: very little to clean after use.
Negative: I had to return the first Nutribullet I got because it was defective. I got a replacement and it's working very well. Also: I wish lids would be included with this version of the Nutribullet. Seriously, everybody needs / want a lid to that Nutribullet cup.

I'm impressed with how smooth this blender can make vegetable smoothies. Sometimes it's almost as if I'm drinking juice instead of a smoothie. It's also easy to clean.
