Most blender/juicers are bulky and difficult to use and maintain, but this isn't. It is so easy to use and clean that I use it nearly every day. I had one question for customer service - I called and was helped quickly and kindly. I received this as a Christmas gift, and I'm so glad that I did. It sits on my counter and never gets put away.
