I bought my NutriBullet about a month ago and honestly didn't have high expectations. But I absolutely love it. It is the perfect size, fast, powerful, convenient and easy to clean. There is no difficulty in getting ice and all food chopped within thirty seconds. The only thing I would change is if they could miraculously make a silent one...as I have woken the entire household in the mornings with my smoothie fix.
I'm glad I didn't pay the extra money for the "Pro" because, if I'm not mistaken, the only thing extra you get in it is another cup...that's too much extra money for just a cup. Overall a great product!
