The first one was a total malfunction total the second one is fine. I downloaded the app for recipes but another glitz so I removed it. I get things to expedite my life not complicate it. After a month current 600 W is still functioning. I do wish it came w/a lid for one of the cups.

Love it. Just make sure the lid is on tight and you don't fill it past the line. I bought extended warranty and glad I did. The old style blade had to be replaced. No problems with new style blade. Excellent customer service.

I've had this for two months now and it's the second unit I've had that's been giving me problems mechanically. When I push the cup down for mixing it gets stuck and sometimes when I take it off the motor is still revving. I love the machine but the quality isn't there for the price I paid.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought a Nutri Bullet a month ago and it just stopped working. I sent two emails and finally on the second day I got someone on the telephone. I wish I could remember his name because I was so frustrated the Nutri Bullet, I was about to throw it in the trash. I decided to call and got in touch with an outstanding customer service rep to told me immediacy what was wrong and the fix.You need to put in your owners manual about how the springs will freeze if some of the liquid leaks. The fix is cup of warm water and white distilled vinegar.
