Fast, cuts finely, allows me to eat and enjoy some veg I'd avoid before, compact for storage, and makes daily use easy. Useful guide book. With sharp six point blade I cannot remove all of the mixture so more than I like goes down the sink.

I had to call about a seal that broke on my blade and their customer service was awesome; instead of sending me a new seal they sent me a whole new blade and they were very helpful and friendly!
