I received as a gift 3 years ago and have used daily. I blend whatever fruits and veggies I have in the frig with yogurt and or juice and or filtered water and ice and protein powder every morning and am full all day. Delish! Only problem is seal started to fail and it would leak as I blended and spillage seeped under pressure tab in between wall; this spillage couldn't be reached to cleaned and eventually hardened making it difficult to push cup down to blend and resulted in 1) a cracked base and 2) the spillage hardening so blending could not be activated. Out of warranty but customer service advised to use hot soapy eater to soften spillage and is replacing base since bad seal is unrepairable.

I bought this for my 97 yr. old mom. I needed it to almost liquefy her meals. It works great, I just add the cooked food,in small pieces, liquid and press it down. In no time it is done. We also make delicious smoothies for ourselves. The container/ cup with handle is a good idea. So far a good product. Would recommend to anyone.
